Oh, I don’t know where to start from!
All I can say is that’s it’s been a long beautiful journey of more ups than downs.
I started my fitness journey around 2 years back with the only short time motivation being my skydive. From the time I was in school till almost mid of first year degree college, I had tried to loose that ‘baby fat’ as they called it over a period of time but everytime I lost a little, I gained it pretty quickly. First year of college is when I went to Neha. The only difference was, this time it was my own inner self speaking to me rather than parents or society.
Neha played a huge role in changing my mindset not only towards food but also mental growth altogether. Although I went to her for few months, her words of guidance, motivation and self love till date has been my constant companion.
A short term motivation turned into a life long motivation after I returned from Europe.
Fitness and health is a journey and a lifetime process. Don’t try to overhaul your life overnight.Instead, focus on one small change at a time .Overtime, those small changes add up to a big transformation.
Once your mindset towards life, physical growth and mental growth changes, there’s no one on this planet who can stop you from achieving your goal. Neha is someone who’ll give diets that feel like your friend more than a burden. Understanding your body and what it needs to function becomes top priority.
Never had I ever imagined becoming a fitness influencer but I’m super grateful for Neha and everyone who’s been there and supported me in this spectacular journey which is now a lifestyle from me❤️
