While we invest so much time, money and energy in solving our skin and hair issues through external treatments and solutions, we need to realize that our skin and hair are just a reflection of our internal health and any imbalance internally such as gut problems, chronic inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, excessive toxin load etc. can directly have an impact on our skin and hair health along with other daily habits like poor stress management, improper sleep, lack of exercise, too much sugary, oily and junk food consumption etc. And since our skin and hair are not necessary for survival, they are the first ones to take the hit. This is why we need to thoroughly understand what in our daily habits and lifestyle is affecting our skin and hair health and start working towards it because achieving beautiful hair and radiant skin doesn’t happen by chance (or genetics)… it happens by choice.

FAQ’s

Does the program involve 1:1 coaching?

This is a group program and hence does not involve a 1:1 coaching. However, if you do not feel comfortable in a group program and need personalised attention and guidance, you can always opt for my 3 month 1:1 Skin and Hair program where you will be hand-held through your beauty journey

Will the program include diet plan? Will it be individualized?

Yes, the 21-day program will have 2 diet plans. The diet plan is not individualized but designed in a way to fulfil each one’s nutrient requirement for healthy skin and hair that includes superfoods for the same.

What are the timings of the knowledge session and daily activities?

The three knowledge session dates and timings will be shared in your welcome email and recorded session will be provided for the same if you are unable to attend. The daily activities will be shared every day on the group that you can do at your own pace as per your convenience.

What if I don’t reside in India or if I am travelling, will I still be able to follow the activities?

Yes, most of the activities can be done anywhere and in case you miss a day or two you can make up for it after the program ends.

What are the daily activities all about?

The daily activities include morning affirmations, self-care activities, workout, gratitude journaling and much more!

What if I can’t follow the diet and daily activities to the T?

We do not encourage an all or nothing attitude but what we really believe in is “progress over perfection” and doing whatever is possible within the scope of your day and eventually building in up.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the program refunds are not accepted. After having helped many clients through this 21 Day program, I can say that if you show up and do the work, you will get results! Trust your gut if this feels right or send me any questions you may have.
