I started my nutrition journey with Neha a month ago as I was facing major Pitta and acidity related issues. The treatment involved a thorough analysis of my symptoms, my body type, food timings and appropriate food plan, yoga & meditation as well as tests to understand the deficiencies. I am happy with the results so far and would continue practicing it consistently as they are very sustainable.
