About
Neha Ranglani began her journey in 2008 as a young nutritionist with a simple intention, to help people eat better, feel better, and live better. But as she worked closely with her clients, she witnessed something profound: even with a good diet, many struggled with deeper issues that food alone couldn’t explain. This realisation became the turning point in her career.
Determined to understand the “why” behind people’s challenges, Neha expanded her knowledge through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and later specialised in root-cause healing with The School of Applied Functional Medicine, USA. These rigorous trainings helped her see health in its purest form—an interconnected flow between mind, body, emotions, environment, and daily habits.
Her core belief is simple yet powerful:
The body has an innate ability to heal. We just need to give it the right environment.
When we nourish ourselves well, move consciously, think positively, manage stress, and fill nutritional gaps, the body naturally finds its way back to balance. We don’t need to live like patients or feel victimised by our diagnoses, the body knows what to do when we learn how to support it.
