1 Cup boiled water
½ inch ginger
½ inch cinnamon stick
Dash of Lemon & honey
In one cup boiled water, add 1/2 inch of ginger and 1/2 inch of cinnamon stick, then add a dash of lemon and honey and drink it instead of your normal acidic tea.
